Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the business support of the platform operation to ensure the stable development of the platform business;

2. Participate in and optimize the business operation process of the Department, and ensure the teamwork;

3. Provide platform business consulting services for users;

4. Accept customer complaints and solve them within the scope of authorization;

5. Video recording and editing of network activities, mining excellent works, and simple editing and processing of background information;

6. Cooperate with other departments of the company.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, love the Internet industry;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, practical, hardworking, positive and outgoing;

3. Good image, articulate, standard Mandarin;

4. Proficient in using computers, often surfing the Internet, and able to use office and other related office software;

5. Be able to adapt to day shift and night shift;
